​By choosing Ancaster Cabinets for your cabinetry needs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These standards ensure we maintain our award-winning quality for every client.

​1. Professional Estimates

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days. Estimates are based on initial measurements and design preferences; any major changes to the scope of work may require a revised quote.

​2. The Ancaster Standard (Workmanship Guarantee)

We stand behind our "Second to None" workmanship. We provide a [2-year] warranty on all custom installations, covering defects in craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

​3. Meticulous Cleanliness

We commit to a clean and safe job site. While we take every precaution to minimize dust and disruption, cabinetry installation is a construction process. We will leave the immediate work area broom-clean upon completion.

​4. Payments and Deposits

To begin your custom project, a deposit is required as outlined in your specific project agreement. Final payment is due immediately upon the successful completion of the installation.

​5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring the workspace is accessible and that any delicate items or electronics are moved away from the work area prior to our arrival.
